You can add as many users as you want. Each user will have access to all the functionality within the scope of the organization's subscription. Only admins will have some additional permissions to handle the organization.

During the 14 days free trial, your account will be promoted to the Business plan. After the trial period is over, the account will revert to the plan you had initially chosen to subscribe to. If you have a paid subscription then you are billing will only start after the trial period is over.

Subscription plans can be changed at any time from the Web UI. Only admins have the right to change subscription plans. If a change is made, your billing period will alter accordingly.

Only recognized credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted as valid payment methods. Credit card information must be provided before subscribing to a paid plan. The free plan does not require any credit card information.

Yes, TaskCall offers unlimited SMS and Voice call alerts both domestically and internationally. However, if unusual activity is detected then we may explicitly impose certain restrictions on the limits.
